Speed & agility clinic

Led by Coach Dimitri Kollaros, former speed and strength coach at NCAA Division I program New Mexico State, this clinic focuses on improving speed, acceleration, and agility. Through specific drills designed to enhance footwork, reaction time, and explosive power, players will develop the skills necessary to gain a competitive edge on the field. Open to boys and girls from U9 to U19, from any club.

The clinic is designed to improve the player's skills in the following areas:

Acceleration - Learn to develop an explosive first step to allow quicker acceleration.
Reaction Speed - Sharpen your reaction time and reflexes which may make the split second difference between getting to the ball or not.
Linear Speed - Progress fundamental body mechanics to achieve optimal linear speed to be able to gain separation from opponents.
Change of Direction Speed and Agility - Become more powerful with your movements to quickly change direction on your opponent as an attacker or match your opponent's movements as a defender.
